
Ten greenhouses, each covering 30 square meters, have been constructed in the village of Zharsuat in Burlin District, West Kazakhstan Region — reports Zhaik Press.
The initiative is part of the Batys AgroHub program, which aims to promote agricultural cooperation and increase rural employment. The project is run by Qus Dauiri LLP. Participants include unemployed residents, youth, and large families who completed prior training in greenhouse farming.
They received greenhouses, seedlings, fertilizers, and all necessary supplies. According to the program’s terms, 30% of the harvest is returned to the organizers, while the remainder is kept by participants for personal use or sale.
The project supports sustainable self-employment and helps strengthen the rural economy.
